Telangana: who would step into Chief Secretary’s shoes?
Almost one-and-a-half months is left for the incumbent Chief Secretary to retire but the Telangana IAS officers are meeting informally and discussing who would be the next Chief Secretary. The incumbent CS A Shanthi Kumari (IAS: 1989: TG) is retiring in April, 2025. The officers presumably in race include Shashank Goel (IAS: 1990: TG), Arvind Kumar (IAS: 1991: TG), K Rama Krishna Rao (IAS: 1991: TG), Vikas Raj (IAS: 1992: TG) and Jayesh Ranjan (IAS: 1992: TG).
